The Balanced Existence Challenge – Week 1, Day 2

One half of the Balanced Existence Challenge is the minimalist workout that I hope will lead to massive strength gains over time without adding bulk. The other important half is diet. The word “diet” shouldn’t conjure images of restriction it’s just a symbolic label to describe what you eat. In effect everyone is on a diet and everyone diets because we all eat food.

How to Look Good and Feel Great in Just 10 Minutes a Day

Balanced Existence is all about feeling good and finding ways to fit the things that help us feel good in with the daily demands of modern life. The workout I will be trialling for at least the next three months comes directly from Pavel’s book Power to the People (PTTP). The two exercises I will be doing five days a week for two sets of five reps each day is the deadlift and the bent press.
