<description>Interesting article, Like John above me said, I'm glad you didn't just talk about the usual "here's a list of how to be productive" methods that most people seem to hit on.

It's also good to know the difference in urgent and simply being important. While that's sort of a common sense factor, it can certainly be easy to confuse the two last minute when you have a lot going on at once.</description>

		<description>Matt,

I think if you went with the 35lb kettlebell, learned how to use it correctly (kettlebell practice not kettlebell workout) and gradually increased volume and intensity you should do fine. Discipline and consistency are critical.

<description>Hi Matt, I do read PaNu occasionally. I also read information put out by Dr Mercola, Dr William Davis over at The Heart Scan Blog, Robb Wolf a former research biochemist, Dr Eades and Paul Chek.

Good luck with kicking your fitness into full gear. Be sure to learn how to complete exercises correctly and work into things gradually. With strength particularly slow and steady and being consistent wins the race.

Be sure to plan for a back-off week every 4 weeks. So ramp up your training over a 3 week period and then back things back down for a week. Start a little harder and heavier than you started last time and ride the wave forward again for 3 weeks followed by another back-off week. This sort of programing got me to a 400lb raw deadlift injury free in just 10 months at 175lbs while studying a postgraduate degree full time.

I think IF (intermittent fasting I take it you mean?) has its place. Which is after you get your diet clean and dialed in first.

Hope that helps!

<description>Great read and I completely agree! The hardest thing in my life has been trying to remove pre-conceptions and beliefs so I can act on inspiration. And also just trying not being a negative d*ck was a really hard thing. I didn't realise I was like that until this year, and I've been working hard on myself to become more relaxed, more positive and not judge anyone or anything.

I learned these techniques through the book "Zero Limits" written by Joe Vitale and Hew Len, who uses Hawaiian system Ho'opononpono. It's helped me a lot but I always find myself falling back into bad habits. I have to keep cleaning...

In the book Dr Hew Len says (paraphrasing here) something like "If there was ever day I could through without judging someone, I'd reward myself with a giant hot fudge sundae! I've still never had that Sundae."

How do you manage to keep yourself balanced and not judging every situation or person? would love to hear your techniques.

By the way I love your blog. It's been on my reader list for about 1 month now, keep up the good work!
